SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

PRODUCTION TIME
Every item is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Personalized items may take a little longer.

DELIVERY TIME
- United States: usually 3–8 business days after shipping
- Canada: usually 7–14 business days after shipping
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially around the holidays. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and destination. Because our products are made by different production partners, an order with several item types may arrive in separate packages and include more than one shipping charge.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If your order ships in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each.

DUTIES & TAXES (CANADA)
Canadian orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the carrier or customs on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
